Can you believe that we’re already 8 days into 2021?!
I am so happy that 2020 is over, I know that we all still have a tough time to get through but atleast we can see the light at the end of the tunnel now that we have these vaccines being given out. At the moment I am back on furlough due to my area being in lockdown and I haven’t a clue when I will be working again but that gives me a chance to finish of my 12 Days of Anime, finish all the WIP’s that I have started but had to put aside so there will be alot of posting from me this month. (>‿◠)✌
A Small Thankyou!!
I just wanted to thank everyone for welcoming me into the blogging community, I never knew that this blog would blow up like it did. I honestly thought that this blog would something that I would kinda have struggled with especially with me starting my first job back in February 2020, That and I haven’t been able to watch much anime or read much manga even during all the lockdowns, I’m quite surprised that I was able to think of any content to post here! (≧▽≦)
I am grateful that I came to know Pinkie from Pinkie’s Paradise, Roki from Secluded Observation and Nabe from GeekNabe. They all welcomed me with open arms into the blogging community and I couldn’t be happier!
But I also wanted to thank everyone that has liked any posts and everyone that has started to follow this blog! Thankyou so much!! ✿♥‿♥✿
What Is In Store For 2021?
I have loads of goals for this blog, I think one goal is keep blogging consistently, I looked back at my past blog posts and noticed that I only push out 2 to 3 posts a month, I’m hoping that I can post a little more then that considering that I want to actually watch more anime and read manga more this year and wouldn’t mind writing up some reviews, the reviews are harder posts to work on but I kinda enjoy working on them.
Like I said I do wanna keep writing up some more reviews for this blog, I just love working on them and it may give me a goal to finish alot of anime that I did start watching in the past.
Another goal is to achieve more followers, at the moment I only have 26 followers, it’s a small number but one I can be proud off. Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ I am hoping to end 2021 with atleast 50 followers, Lets see if I can achieve that goal!!
I am also planning something awesome for my blogiversary this year for this blog (and maybe The Geeky Side Of Things too) in November and having a small birthday celebration in June so watch this space for more news on those in the future. o(〃＾▽＾〃)o
And lastly I am hoping to blog a bit more on The Geeky Side of Things, not as much as I am on How Anime Stuff Works but it would be nice to post a few things on there this year.
Anyway I’m hopeful that atleast 2021 will be a little bit better then 2020, I know we still have to mask up because Covid is still running rampant and not being able to do stuff normally can be a hard reality to wake up too, all we can do is be safe and stay safe! (˃̥̥ω˂̥̥̥)

Ah Cele that was such a sweet thing to say! I am sure you will get 50 followers this year! You can do it!
As for wanting to write more! Don’t be to hard on yourself! If you have an idea put it out there even if it might not sound as good in retrospect. If you want to do a “Kiss, Marry , Avoid” with Mechas should just post it. There are no good or bad ideas. While I might wonder if you actually are into big metal men.. some undiscovered person there will go “yes someone finally understands me”
Many of my posts are duds but if someone out there, somewhere will enjoy it , even a less post is worth it. So I don’t hold a bar for myself that often.. while it might be a bit low for even me at times.. there is somewhere out there who might enjoy still so it’s better to put it out there for them to find as to can it forever!
You go and make your blog and just be the creative you! Don’t let the sensible you restrain yourself!
